Remember the article I wrote about La Capitale end of September in which I mentioned the construction site visit of the restaurant, a sneak peek of the menu and a promise of officially opening in November? Yes, you’re right, they are now OFFICIALLY open. I couldn’t believe my eyes upon entering; this is the SAME place we visited almost a month ago wearing hard hats, almost tripping with the imbalanced ground.
Today, it’s gorgeous! The interior will leave you in awe.

The two beautiful Hadeel and Bateel.
The ambience was terrific: food was going around as everyone was socialising, Chef Arthur (the most good looking member of La Capitale team) himself was also walking around asking for opinions and feedback, and live cooking stations were watched while being seated.
Each table had this double-layered platter of cold shrimps along with some cold snacks.
As I mentioned earlier, we kept being served with different kinds of food the whole time. Here are some of them: My favorite was the duck croquettes, the mashed potatoes, the foie gras and the dessert.

Duck Croquettes

Cold Cuts

Vanilla Macaroon

Chocolate Cake
Finally, I would like to wish both La Capitale’s and the Four Seasons Amman’s team the best of luck with this new opening and I hope it yields nothing but success.
As part of my lovely experience, here’s a picture of me with the lovely Hadeel and Bateel who insisted I a picture with them.
