This Caffè can’t possibly be passed unseen on floor F2 of Taj Lifestyle Center. I’ve written about the opening I attended in April, but this time, I’m going to take you on a different Italian journey full of drooling. While being seated, Chef Antonio (the genius behind the drooling) rushed to greet us and ask what we’d like to drink. I ordered the same drink I had last time: the raspberry mocktail, but unfortunately was unavailable as it was specially made for the opening night. As Chef Antonio promised he’d serve us the best of all plates, a beautiful bread basket just touched ground on our table along with pesto paste and I must warn you, it’s highly addictive! Oh before I forget, as I was busy with the bread, I was served the raspberry mocktail that wasn’t available seconds ago! Isn’t Chef Antonio the best?!
Next, we got served a Caprese Salad comprising of buffalo mozzarella cheese, tomato, and basil oil along with Carpaccio, thin sliced beef fillet with cheese and rocket leaves and a Cappricciosa Pizza (black olives, beef salami, artichokes); absolutely delicious!

For the main course, we got served 3 different kinds of pasta: Tagliatelle with Bolognese sauce, Tagliolini with shrimps and asparagus, and Tortelli stuffed with ricotta cheese, parmesan, and chicken sauce (too many T’s I know).

Hold on, here comes the sweet finale! The moment I always yearn for: DESSERTS!
With every bite of the Tiramisu and Panna Cotta (plus Forest Fruits Sorbet), you get to cloud 9 and come back. That’s how superb they taste! I’m leaving you with the pictures, I’m sure they’re worth a thousand bites.

I encourage dining here big time!
